Dodge Lake
A typical day at Scott Lake Lodge begins by boarding a plane to get to the fishing site - today we are heading to Dodge Lake
After a short flight to the south-east of the lodge, we're ready to unload and start the day of fishing
The Dodge Lake complex has two connecting lakes (Dodge and Sovereign) with lots of interesting water. You could never see it all in a day, or even a week
To this point, no one has spent much time on the connected lake, Sovereign, but we are sure there is plenty of great fishing to be had in it's waters as well
Many of the largest Lake Trout in recent years have come out of Dodge Lake
If you've never had the pleasure of reeling in a monster laker, this is something you have to experience
Dodge also has lots of Pike, and likely lots more in plenty of Pike bays that have yet to be explored
After a great day fishing Dodge Lake it's time to head back to the lodge
